Tottenham Hotspur are considering a January move for a centre-back, with Paris Saint-Germain ‘s Milan Skriniar the top option. Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Spurs are now down to only one professional central defender in oil field player Radu Dragusin, with Cristian Romero, Mickey van de Ven
